Theodorick Bland was born in 1663 to Anne Bennett Bland and Theodorick Bland. He was their eldest son. When he got older, he became a surveyor for the Virginia Colony and worked on the King's Council. Theodorick also helped to plan the City of Williamsburg toward the end of the 1690s. After a while, Theodorick became the final Bland family member to reside at Westover. In his personal time, Theodorick enjoyed watching race horses. Moreover, he was wed to Margaret Bolling, and the couple had two sons named Theodorick and John. John decided to return to England, but Theodorick sadly passed away at the age of two.
