Librarians are available to come to your class to provide library instruction. A librarian is available for a general overview of the library and locating library resources as well as more specialized presentations and workshops designed for your subject or assignment.
Contact the library to put a textbook or other learning objects on course reserve for your students to check out and use during the semester. Learning objects may include: DVDs, equipment, or books from the library collection. Contact library@rbc.edu to put an item on reserve.
The Virginia Room houses the archives of the College, materials relating to local history of the Tri-Cities area, and a small collection of rare books. It is available by appointment as a seminar/meeting room, or for your research and reading pleasure. We also encourage the use of these primary sources in the classroom.
